Description: The staff members were genuinely friendly and accommodating. However, when I made the booking through Buyagift, I specifically requested a wheelchair-accessible studio, and they confirmed its availability.

Upon arrival, I discovered that there was no designated parking, except for street parking. There was a slight step at the entrance with a very narrow doorway (my manual wheelchair could barely fit through, and a power chair would not have been able to). We then proceeded to the hair and makeup room, which was so small that they had to remove furniture to accommodate my wheelchair.

There were two of us, and we had our hair and makeup done one after the other. This was not a significant issue for us, but it could be problematic for a larger group.

The photoshoot itself was enjoyable, but when we were to go to the viewing area, we physically could not enter the room due to an extremely narrow corridor and doorway.

The staff was very helpful and found an alternative route, but even then, I could barely fit through. Someone in a larger wheelchair would not have been able to manage.

Furthermore, there was no accessible toilet available. There were no nearby shops or amenities where we could grab something to eat, except for a local pub.

While I appreciate the efforts of the staff, I must emphasize that the building is not wheelchair accessible as claimed by Buyagift..
