Description: I visited this establishment today and must admit that while the food was excellent, the overall accessibility was severely lacking. There was no designated disabled parking in either car park, and the walkway connecting the rear car park to the front of the pub was obstructed by a vehicle that had been inconsiderately parked, creating an additional obstacle.
Previously, during my visits before the COVID-19 pandemic, there were two clearly marked disabled parking bays. However, it appears that these bays have been removed and replaced with an outdoor seating area, suggesting that the needs of disabled individuals have been disregarded.
To reach the front of the pub, one must navigate around parked cars on the main road, which can be both hazardous and intimidating. Upon reaching the front, locating the dropped kerb between parked cars becomes a challenge, and entering the pub requires requesting other customers to move and reposition plant pots. This entire experience made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer.
Furthermore, I was unable to identify an accessible toilet during my visit.
