Description: Madame Tussauds London UK is wheelchair accessible, even though is located on many levels. Wheelchair time slot can be booked online in advance with the ticket. You get appointed a staff member who will come and take you to different levels. There are call button located all over the museum that you press whenever you need assistance. The lifts are spacious, there is also one stair lift. Disabled toilets on site. There is a bus stop located right across the street.

Free carer’s tickets

Hall of Heroes 5D cinema is also accessible, but only as 3D experience. The only part that is not accessible is a few minutes ride (unless you can walk a few steps). We had a really fun time, didn’t expect it to be so big (takes about 2 – 3 hours to see it)
For safety reasons they can only accept three wheelchair users in the building at any one time; guests must therefore pre-book a wheelchair slot online at least 24 hours in advance of their visit if there is a wheelchair user in their party 3 wheelchairs Onsite to hire Subject to availability.
