Description:  The food and price were satisfactory, and the staff were pleasant. However, the accessibility of the establishment was concerning. I had made an advance reservation, specifying that I required an accessible table due to my wheelchair use. At that time, I was informed that there was no accessible restroom.
Upon arrival, we encountered a car park without designated disabled parking spaces. We proceeded to the patio area, as the main entrance had steps. Unfortunately, the patio area also had steps, albeit less pronounced.
We sought assistance from a staff member, who directed us to enter the road and ascend a ramp leading to the conservatory. However, the doors were locked, necessitating a wait for a staff member to unlock them.
Once inside, we were instructed to enter the bar. However, numerous chairs obstructed our path, making it challenging to maneuver my wheelchair. Turning within the bar area was virtually impossible.
I am perplexed as to why I was not informed about these accessibility issues during my booking, especially since I had specifically mentioned my wheelchair requirements and the need for an accessible table.
