Description: The shop is often cluttered with products that are not put away, empty packets, and abandoned empty metal trolleys. This makes it inaccessible for people with mobility needs, which is concerning since it is supposed to be a local convenience store. The staff seems more interested in watching customers struggle to move the abandoned metal shelving than in offering help. The aisles are so narrow that it is difficult to turn a wheelchair around, and customers have to walk single file. The new floor-to-ceiling black shelving makes the aisles feel claustrophobic. I visited the store on several occasions with my clearly labelled assistance dog to be connfronted by staff abruptly demanding whether she is a working dog clearly ready to ask me to leave.
Additionally, the shop is randomly closed for extended periods of time during the day and weekend, which is inconvenient for customers.
