Description: The library is very wheelchair accessible, with level entry and a lift available despite being on two levels. They have a spacious disabled toilet that is not RADAR controlled, but if it does not meet your needs, a sign on the door instructs you to ask the staff, who will direct you to the nearest “changing places” toilet. The aisles in the library are wide and easily maneuverable, so you do not feel in the way. They have a lovely and reasonably priced cafe where the staff were very helpful in taking my order and providing water for my assistance dog. Additionally, unlike most libraries, you are not expected to be completely silent, although you should refrain from having arguments. Normal conversation levels are acceptable.
