Description: I stayed here with my family, but I cannot recommend it enough. Its accessibility is incredible. Our lodge comprised two double rooms and a twin room upstairs, each with its own bathroom, and a large twin bedroom downstairs with its own accessible wet room. Downstairs, there is also a spacious living area, kitchen diner, games room, and accessible decking area. The downstairs twin room includes an adjustable bed. We rented a mobile hoist and shower chair for our stay, but other equipment is available for hire.

. I I was unable to use the pool hoist because I cannot transfer without one. However, they do have a chair hoist available. The park is very accessible throughout, as it is geared towards cyclists. Wherever there are stairs, there is also a ramp. Cars are not allowed on site except for loading and unloading. However, if you have mobility problems and inform them at the time of booking, you will be provided with a designated disabled parking bay outside your lodge. The park is very dog-friendly and even has a dog play area. Please note that only certain lodges are dog-friendly, so this must be specified when booking. Registered assistance dogs are allowed in any lodge. If you have difficulty walking long distances, there is a free land train that runs every 20 minutes and stops throughout the park. The land train can accommodate a manual wheelchair in the last cart of one of the two trains, but unfortunately, it cannot accommodate a power wheelchair due to size restrictions.
